An easy-to-use vacuum canister for your fresh whole bean coffee! By simply twisting the lid back and forth, Atmos sucks air out to reduce oxidation and humidity levels. Unlike other vacuum canisters, Atmos does not have an external pump that attaches and detaches - the magic of Atmos is all in the lid. The vacuum mechanism in Atmos is so strong that it reduces internal pressure down to half an atmosphere, which can effectively extend the shelf life of your coffee by 50%.

Atmos is optimized for regular use, not long-term storage. It is intended to keep your coffee fresh while using it throughout the week, so the lid seal is designed to be opened and closed easily. The lid will maintain a vacuum seal for three or four days before it needs to be re-twisted. Please remember that Atmos is designed to hold whole beans and not ground coffee, as ground coffee will clog the intake valve.
