Our coffee is decaffeinated using the water process which maintains the organic certification of the beans. This process removes 99.5-99.9% of the caffeine. Trace amounts of caffeine do remain, on the order of 2 milligrams per cup.

Our organic decaf tastes incredible! Seasoned coffee drinkers can tell if a coffee has been decaffeinated or not but that does not mean that the flavor is compromised. Decaf drinkers are typically very discerning coffee lovers because they are drinking purely for the pleasure of the flavor and aroma, not the caffeine.

Decaf coffee does not raise blood pressure - it is the caffeine in coffee that increases blood pressure. Decaffeinated coffee will actually produce a very small decrease in blood pressure when consumed on a regular basis.
