COVID-19 Response

Dear Grounds for Change family,

We know that everyone is focused intensely on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. It's times like these when we are called on to respond as a community, with compassion and care, to help and support one another. Grounds for Change is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to help do our part in this effort.

Our online operations continue uninterrupted, and the incredible crew that fulfills your orders is taking every precaution to ensure that your coffee is handled with care. Above and beyond our standard operations, which have always included FDA-mandated food manufacturing practices and sanitization protocols, we are practicing social distancing, more frequent hand washing, and we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our surfaces and equipment. We are requiring that employees stay home from work if they feel sick, have a fever or have been exposed to someone with symptoms. Our facility is closed to the public and we have instituted contactless receipt of all incoming deliveries.

As a small, family-owned business, we rely heavily on word-of-mouth from our existing customers to reach others that would appreciate our approach to premium certified coffees. Please help us out by telling your friends (who may be working from home and looking for a source of great coffee) about Grounds for Change.
